Major Responsibilities:

· Knowledge on OS's like (Win7,8,8.1,10, Win Server 2012/16, Linux)

· Troubleshooting Network connectivity Problems.

· Proactively monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues

· Document server configurations and procedures

· Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve user and computer/Server issues.

· Testing systems to make sure that they are working properly.

· Providing technical support over the phone or email.

· Troubleshooting different computer issues related to hardware, software or networking.

· Knowledge of network technologies i.e. VLAN, Switching, Routing, WAN, LAN

· Maintaining & Repairing the Computers/systems.

· Installing Software and Hardware.

· Network (LAN/Wireless) Device Installation & Troubleshooting

· Manage user issues within AD environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Daily Reporting to the Senior Reporting Authority

· Support: service of existing system

· Customer handling and their satisfaction

· The ability to work in a team

· Good written and spoken communication skills

· Creative flair.

· The ability to cope with the work pressure.
