Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Coordination with Vendors: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors providing website, database, and IT-related services. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and products while maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to SLAs. Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to website functionality, database management, and other IT systems. Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, fully functional, and optimized for user experience. Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates, content changes, and new features. Troubleshoot website issues related to performance, security, or usability, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Database Management: Maintain, update, and secure the company’s databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and seamless integration with internal systems and tools. Work closely with internal IT teams to implement database optimizations, updates, and new features. Monitor database performance, perform regular backups, and implement disaster recovery measures to ensure business continuity. IVRS Management: Manage and troubleshoot the company’s Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), ensuring its efficient operation for customer service and internal communications. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to improve IVRS functionality, implement system updates, and address any issues promptly. CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring data is up-to-date, accurate, and well-integrated with other systems. Ensure CRM data is logged accurately for marketing, sales, and customer support purposes. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system is optimized for performance and customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Proven experience in managing websites, databases, and IT systems, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of website management tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms). Expertise in database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with CRM tools and IVRS systems. Knowledge of security protocols, data backups, and disaster recovery planning. Additional Skills: Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle issues related to websites, databases, and customer service systems. Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors, IT teams, and other departments. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when working with data and customer-facing systems.
