Job Description

Hiring: UI/UX Designer | Mumbai (On-site)

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can transform complex problems into elegant, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, an eye for detail, and the capability to drive projects independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Conduct user research and translate insights into personas, journeys, and problem statements
Design user flows, wireframes, and intuitive information architecture
Build high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes
Ensure seamless handover and collaboration with engineering teams
Plan and execute usability testing, iterating based on insights
Contribute to and enhance our design system and UI component library

What You Bring

3–5 years of experience in UI/UX Design for responsive web and mobile apps
Strong command of UX principles and visual design fundamentals
Proficiency in
Figma / Adobe XD
and prototyping workflows
Experience working in agile teams
A portfolio showcasing end-to-end case studies and polished UI craft
Bonus: Understanding of HTML/CSS and design system methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines
