As a BIM Structural Modeler at Jacobs, you will be a vital part of multi-disciplinary project teams, providing drafting support for technically challenging projects. Your responsibilities will include creating 2D drawings and 3D models, ensuring the technical quality of your work, and focusing on compliance with project objectives and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare minimum LOD 300 REVIT Documentation (3D and 2D), general arrangement drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing. - Work on detailed drawings for various projects, creating 2D drawings and 3D models, and supporting, mentoring, and training other members of the drafting team. - Coordinate with project managers and engineers for BIM documentation and drafting work. - Ensure technical correctness, project standard compliance, and timely delivery of drawings and documents. - Exercise self-discipline, adhere to work ethics, and respect and follow company policies and procedures. - Liaise with Architecture, MEP, and other disciplines for coordination. - Familiarity with programs like REVIT Archi, REVIT MEP for model coordination, and Navisworks for model checking. Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of building structural elements and BIM Knowledge as per best-industry practices. - Hands-on experience in 3D modeling, scheduling, multi-D coordination, and documentation. - Experience in BIM setup for a project and execution, monitoring, Family Creations, Projectwise, A360 working experience. - Soft skills including a flexible attitude, ability to meet deadlines, commitment to personal development, and good written and spoken English. - Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
