You will be responsible for preparing LOD 500 REVIT Documentation, including 3D and 2D drawings, general arrangement drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing. Experience in Precast and Steel Structures is advantageous, especially on international projects. You should be self-motivated, a team player, and capable of working independently. Your role will also involve setting up new projects and conducting Quality Control reviews such as clash detection and visual inspection of models. Experience in BIM management will be a plus. Your responsibilities will include working on detailed drawings for various projects, creating 2D drawings and 3D models, as well as supporting, mentoring, and training other members of the drafting team in complex tasks. You will coordinate with project managers and engineers for BIM documentation and drafting work, ensuring technical correctness, project standard compliance, and timely delivery of drawings and documents. As a lead in BIM Project/Program Standards, you will oversee the development of BIM Execution Plans, maintain Standards Libraries, ensure compliance with best practices by project teams, and provide technical knowledge of BIM to project teams. You will also conduct coordination meetings with project teams, manage BIM projects daily, and assist in producing final deliverable data sets from BIM data. Your qualifications should include a BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling or an ITI Trained professional with at least 10-15 years of professional experience and 5 years of 3D modeling experience. Technical skills required include advanced Revit skills, competency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Navisworks, experience in structural drawings, and knowledge of civil and structural design standards and construction methods. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as a flexible attitude, commitment to meeting deadlines, excellent communication skills, and a strategic and innovative mindset are essential. You should also have knowledge of Microsoft applications and be dedicated to creating a dynamic and safe working environment that inspires teams and delivers results globally.
