Design Team Lead

Role Overview: As a Lead Facilitator at WNS Co-creation Labs, you will play a crucial role in changing the way the company engages with clients over complex business problems using human-centered design. Your main responsibility will be to facilitate design thinking workshops and trainings with CXO level stakeholders, lead end-to-end strategy and service design projects, conduct customer research, and coach the team and WNS stakeholders on design thinking methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate design thinking workshops and trainings with CXO level stakeholders to set a vision and develop strategic plans and roadmaps for digital transformation. - Lead end-to-end strategy and service design projects. - Conduct customer research and gather insights to drive innovation and digital transformation. - Create and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Coach team and WNS stakeholders on design thinking methodologies, design, and lead training and coaching initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in design thinking, service design, strategy, consulting, or related field. - Proven experience in CXO level interactions. - Excellent facilitation and communication skills. - Strong knowledge of design thinking methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong project management skills. - Experience in leading workshops and trainings. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
