We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead a team of 10 to 15 Interior Designers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process excellence, ensuring project delivery, and building a high-performance team culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 1015 interior designers.
  • Drive the Design Process Transformation Roadmap to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Achieve monthly team targets for design sign-offs.
  • Define and implement strategic initiatives to sustain Business Excellence practices.
  • Foster strong team spirit and maintain high morale within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time with the required quality standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational processes align with organizational methodology.
  • Monitor dashboards, audit observations, action plan trackers, and other sources to proactively address potential issues.

  • Proven experience in team leadership within a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead by example.
  • Prior experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision making.
  • Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges and is committed to meeting corporate goals.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA / Postgraduate degree in Design Management, Operations, or Business Administration.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification or equivalent process excellence qualification.
  • Prior experience in interior design or related industries at a managerial level.
  • Exposure to business transformation projects or process re-engineering.
  • Proven record of scaling teams and driving operational efficiency.
