Lead all QA activities including incoming, in-process, and final inspection of precision, mechanical components and assemblies. Supervise the calibration management of the companies inspection and manufacturing equipment, including CMM's, precision instruments, welding sets etc Manage and ensure competency in NDT techniques including UT and Dye Penetrant Testing of welds. Coordinate with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues. ISO 9001 Management & Compliance: Maintain and enhance the companys ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Conduct internal audits and prepare for customer and third-party audits. Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation such as quality manuals, procedures, inspection reports, and non-conformance records.

Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve domestic revenue targets across regions and verticals. Identify growth opportunities in existing and new industrial segments. Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and conversion ratios. Branch & Team Leadership: Lead and support the performance of regional branches across India. Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of 60+ direct sales and service engineers. Drive training, talent development, and performance culture across all regions. Customer Engagement & Market Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, EPCs, OEMs, and channel partners. Actively participate in client meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and commercial negotiations. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key forums. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with application engineering, product design, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide regular market feedback to the leadership team for product development and competitive positioning. Sales Operations & Reporting: Oversee CRM, sales reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence systems. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPIs, sales performance, and regional activities. Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Domestic Sales General Manager to lead the Indian sales operations and drive sustained revenue growth across all major industrial regions. This high-impact leadership role will oversee the performance, expansion, and development of the companys regional sales and service branches in Baroda, Vizag, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Mysore, and Kolkata, as well as Hyderabad HQ. With a direct team of over 60 sales and service engineers across India, the role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, and the ability to execute a growth-oriented sales strategy. A willingness to travel and engage with clients on-site is essential.
