Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation & Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and system designs for rooftop solar PV installations. You will play a crucial role in supporting project proposals and technical feasibility studies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare technical designs and layouts for rooftop solar PV systems using AutoCAD and other design tools.

Conduct site assessments and gather necessary data for accurate estimation.

Create detailed project cost estimations, including material, labor, and installation expenses.

Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to support proposals and tender submissions.

Evaluate the technical feasibility and performance of solar systems.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and engineering standards.

Prepare and maintain BOQs, design documentation, and project reports.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and components in solar energy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred).

Basic understanding of solar photovoltaic systems and components. is good to have

Familiarity with solar design tools (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD). is preferable

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in similar roles are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
