About the Role-

Raj Deep ENVIROCON LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Design Engineer to join our established design team at our office in MIDC Bhosari. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and engineering lifecycle of pneumatic conveying systems, dust collection systems, and other key systems and products of the company from initial project kick-off to final site implementation, ensuring technical accuracy while working closely with procurement, manufacturing, and sales. This role is central to our project success, requiring a professional who excels in a team environment and thrives on inter-departmental synergy.

Key Responsibilities-

• System Design:

   Perform engineering calculations and system designs for pneumatic conveying and dust collection systems.

• Drafting & Documentation:

   Develop P&IDs, process layouts, GA drawings, and detailed fabrication drawings.

• Equipment Selection:

   Select blowers, fans, cyclones, bag filters, rotary valves, and pipelines.

• Collaboration & Review:

   Work within the design team to 

  review and critique

   existing designs when necessary to ensure the highest quality standards.

• Inter-departmental Coordination:

   Actively collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Stakeholder Management:

   Maintain excellent communication with customers and consultants for technical clarifications and drawing approvals.

• Revision Control:

   Manage drawing revisions and ensure compliance with safety norms and project timelines.

• Site & Shop Visits:

   Provide on-ground design support and resolve technical issues during fabrication or site installation. Visiting the client site for pre-order finalisation to understand client requirements.

Candidate Requirements-

• Experience:

   Minimum 

  2 years of experience

   specifically in Pneumatic Conveying, Dust Extraction, or closely relevant industrial fields.

• Soft Skills:

   

  Excellent communication skills

   are mandatory. You must be a "team player" who values collaboration over working solo in a silo.

• Critical Thinking:

   Ability to objectively review project requirements and provide constructive critiques to improve design outcomes.

• Technical Proficiency:

   Strong command of CAD and other required industry-standard software and industrial engineering principles.

Mandatory Work Terms-

• 100% On-Site:

   This is a strictly on-site role at our 

  MIDC Bhosari

   office. There is 

  no WFH or Hybrid

   option.
