Design Engineer

Job Title:

Location: Hyderabad

💼 Experience: 2+ Years

• Experience in Sheet metal, Weldments for DFM.
• Hand calculations for sizing structural members, fasteners, etc..
• Hands on experience in working on drive lines, engines etc..
• Should able to create Conceptual design & have good knowledge of manufacturing
• process.
• Conceptual design to 3D Modeling & manufacturing drawings creations.
• Strong Design background and adequate manufacturing/product development
• exposure.
• A good knowledge of GD & T and best practices.
• Knowledge of ANSI standards & AWS
• Making of supporting structure for cone crusher,vertical shaft(VSI) and for vibrating
• screens
• Design walkways and railing and ladders for screens and cone crushers
• Preparing of layouts as per the customer requirement
• Design and assembly of belt conveyors
• Visiting sites to understand machine under site conditions
• Detailing the individual part drawings and Forming GA drawing in Auto Cad

Skills

• Proven record of successfully leading project activities.
• Should have good leadership skills and able to handle projects with the support of
• team members.
• Good Presentation and interpersonal skills
• Creative & Innovative thinking.

Experience:

Relevant Experience 2-5 Years.

Qualification

• Diploma/BE(Mechanical Engineering)
