Job Description

  1. To Collaborated closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall building design plans.
  2. To review Design & Selection of MEP system Equipment's
  3. To Review Development of design basis, Guidelines/ Policies, Technical specifications, MEP drawings and Tenders.
  4. To Research, create, and maintain best practices to identify cost-effective solutions.
  5. Innovate strategies to incorporate efficient solutions into projects.
  6. To Ensure scalability and adaptability of solutions to different project environments.
  7. To Facilitate decision-making processes to drive solutions, schedules, and manage change as required.
  8. To Utilize influence, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking to identify options and recommend solutions.
  9. To Coordinate meetings and activities of vendors, cost managers, and integration of lessons learned. Attend scheduled owner/architect /contractor (OAC) and other project meetings, and report as necessary.
  10. To Report project progress on scope, schedule, and budget weekly or as required.
  11. To Develop, manage, and report on safety, scope, and schedule.
  12. To Work independently in support of the Project.
  13. To Ensure MEP installations meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant codes, regulations, and specifications.
  14. Responsible for start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of the project to operations team.
  15. To Provide oversight and performance management of vendors (contractors). Review and approve vendor scope of work, and design review of site and building plans
  16. To prepare Project Status report presentations for Top Management & Clients
  17. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
  18. To prepare Monthly reports, weekly reports, MIS systems.

External Skills And Expertise

  1. Conversant with Latest ESG Policy
  2. Understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule, able analyse contract variations and Extension of time and cost claims.
  3. Professional verbal and written communication skills, able to influence and negotiate.
  4. Project management skills
  5. Familiar with Design management with similar type of project
  6. Supervisory experience
  7. Knowledge of various construction methods and materials, characteristics, installation procedures, and tolerance.
  8. Knowledge of Pro log and Primavera scheduling desirable
  9. Advanced computer skills and MS Office skills required.
  10. Must have English language proficiency with professional oral and written communication skills.
