Seeking a seasoned legal leader to head the legal function for a leading housing finance company. The role involves overseeing loan documentation, compliance, litigation, and legal risk management across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a pan-India legal team.
Oversee loan documentation, due diligence, and contract vetting.
Ensure compliance with RBI, SARFAESI, RERA, and other financial regulations.
Manage litigation, recovery suits, and arbitration matters.
Advise senior management on legal strategy and regulatory risks.
Liaise with external counsels and regulatory bodies.

Ideal Profile:

12+ years of experience in legal roles within NBFCs or housing finance.
Strong knowledge of property and financial laws.
Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
High integrity and ability to manage multiple priorities.
