Job Purpose Support and manage HRMS-based projects to drive digital transformation, enhance HR processes, and ensure alignment with HR tech initiatives and business objectives. Duties and Responsibilities budgeting while ensuring separate bandwidth allocation. 5.Requirement Gathering & Documentation: oWork with business heads to obtain BRD and secure approvals. oConduct High-Level Estimations (HLE) and develop mockups or wireframes. 6.Project Execution & Governance: oSecure sign-offs for BRD, mockups, and user stories. oCoordinate HLE with IT and oversee solution design (SD) sign-off. 7.Development & Implementation: oSupport development teams in execution and ensure milestone tracking. oFacilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address business feedback. oEnsure seamless transition to production with minimal business disruption. Key Decisions / Dimensions Project Prioritization & Governance:Determining the feasibility of projects based on business needs and technical constraints. Major Challenges Technology Integration:Ensuring seamless integration of HRMS solutions with existing enterprise systems. Change Management:Driving user adoption of new HR technologies and mitigating resistance from employees. Risk Management:Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with project execution, system vulnerabilities, and operational disruptions. Required Qualifications and Experience a)Qualifications Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR technology, HR transformation, or HRMS project management. Proven expertise in HRMS implementation, digital transformation, or HR tech governance. b)Work Experience Proven expertise in HRMS implementation, digital transformation, or HR tech governance. Proficiency in HRMS data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools. Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to UAT and deployment. Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
