Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, your role will involve achieving set targets for the financial year and contributing to the development of marketing strategies. You will conduct market research on competitor products and discount policies, coordinate with the Project Management Department, and keep customers informed about their orders. Working closely with the territory's sales team, you will develop sales strategies, engage with channel partners, and assist team members in closing orders and achieving their targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely preparation of offers and estimates, answering client queries, maintaining architect and client relationships, and creating and presenting sales performance reports. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving set targets for the financial year - Contributing to the development of marketing strategies - Conducting market research on competitor products and discount policies - Coordinating with the Project Management Department and keeping customers informed about their orders - Working with the territory's sales team to develop sales strategies - Engaging with channel partners and their management - Assisting team members in closing orders and achieving their targets - Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by the pre-sales team - Answering client queries about product specifications and uses - Maintaining architect and client relationships - Creating and presenting sales performance reports - Timely documentation and submission of sales reports and market matrix - Training team members and delegating tasks to ensure successorship and individual adherence to organizational policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any Science (B.Tech./ B.Sc.) - MBA in Marketing In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the following additional details are provided: - Experience level required: 6 to 10 years - Knowledge of modern marketing techniques - Previous experience in the building material industry, preferably fenestration - Consistent work history in previous organizations Please note the benefits include health insurance, provident fund, yearly bonus. The job type is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule. Ability to commute or relocate to Indore, Madhya Pradesh is required.
