Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team at TATA CAPITAL LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in secured business loans.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process secured business loan applications.
Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing.
Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of credit underwriting and risk management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with micro LAP products is an added advantage.
