Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive sales and business growth for secured business loans (Micro LAP Loan Against Property), by acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and leading a sales team (if applicable) to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Generate leads and acquire new customers for secured business loans (Micro LAP segment typically loans under 2550 lakhs).
Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and referral networks to generate quality leads.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, assess their financial needs, and propose suitable loan products.
Drive cross-sell opportunities for related financial products.

Credit & Risk Coordination:

Work with credit team for file processing, documentation, and approvals.
Ensure proper due diligence and documentation is done for each application.
Understand credit policies and ensure high approval-to-disbursement conversion.

Team Management (if applicable):

Manage and mentor a small team of sales executives or relationship officers.
Review team performance and guide them to achieve targets.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
Share insights with senior management to fine-tune sales strategies.

Customer Experience:

Ensure excellent customer service during and after the loan disbursal process.
Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
