Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and enable the achievement of sales target for the respective territory Interact with the customers, distributors and sales team to promote and increase sales at every level Responsible to prepare Permanent Journey Plan in discussion with ASM to Sales Executives and Monitor the adherence Monitor the allocation of retail shops to sales team. Responsible for adding new distributors (as per plan) Responsible for increase in sales from new products and existing products. Ensure sales team cost within the budgeted limit for the respective territory Coordinate with HR and ensure vacant positions are filled Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth Develop and manage efficient distributors and retail outlets to improve sales performance Responsible for developing a Second line Duties Market survey: Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Collect customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization Sales Planning: Create sales plan and set targets in alignment with business objectives Implementation of the new strategy developed Review and approval of travel plan of Area Sales managers Analyse the non-moving or slow-moving products and plan for diluting the same Order Focusing: Coordinate with existing distributors and get repeated orders in line with the sales target Identify potential distributors and coordinate in due diligence for appointment Provide necessary information required for appointment of distributors Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share Distributor Performance monitoring: Monitor and review distributor performance (product wise) and obtain feedback Process Improvements: Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Provide trainings, educational workshops and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of employees General: Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Regional Sales Manager Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals Review the sales team cost within the budget
