Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for secured business loans through field visits, local business networks, and lead generation activities.
  
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and assist customers with documentation.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations) to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and business targets.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  
• Share market insights and customer feedback to help improve product offerings.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification:

  MBA (Marketing or Finance preferred)

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years in secured loans sales

• Gender Preference:

  Male candidates preferred

• Age Limit:

  Maximum 30 years

• Location:

  Candidate must be willing to work in

  Mangalore
