Secured Business Loan

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for secured business loans through field visits, local business networks, and lead generation activities.
  
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
  
• Conduct preliminary credit assessment and assist customers with documentation.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Operations) to ensure timely processing and disbursal.
  
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
  
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  
• Provide market insights and feedback for improving product offerings.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification:

  MBA (Marketing or Finance preferred)

• Experience:

  Fresher (0–1 year experience)

• Gender Preference:

  Male candidates preferred

• Age Limit:

  Maximum 30 years

• Location:

  Candidate must be willing to work in

  Hyderabad

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good negotiation and customer handling abilities
  
• Basic understanding of financial products, especially loans
