Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager Tempering III & IV to oversee and manage end-to-end operations of the tempering units. The role involves ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day operations of Tempering III & IV lines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality benchmarks.Lead and mentor a team of operators, technicians, and support staff to achieve departmental goals.Monitor equipment performance, implement preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, planning, logistics) for seamless plant operations.Identify areas for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.Prepare and present reports on production metrics, efficiency, and workforce management.Support implementation of Lean/Kaizen practices for continuous improvement.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.7-12 years of experience in tempering operations within a manufacturing/automotive setup.Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of quality systems, TPM, and process optimization.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
