Develop and maintain short-term and long-term sales forecasts
Coordinate with sales teams and partner to collect, validate, and consolidate sales plans
Identify trends and variances and provide actionable insights
Prepare and publish periodic dashboards to track sales performance vs. targets for Partners and sales team
Analyse key sales metrics like funnel, win rate, product mix, region-wise performance, etc.
Highlight potential risks and opportunities proactively
Study market potential
Support annual sales budgeting process
Collaborate with product team and business heads to allocate targets by region, product, partner.
Ensure accurate data hygiene and reporting standards
Ensure implementation of PDRI (Plan, Do, Review and Improvement) process
Collaborate with product, SCM, finance, and sales for alignment on demand planning and promotions
Provide sales insights from market and develop promotional activities
Key Requirements:
Masters degree in marketing, Economics or related field. MBA preferred.
6 to 8 years of experience in sales planning, sales operations, business planning or strategy roles
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
