Deputy Manager-Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving business growth by on-boarding new clients and generating business from existing clients in the TMT Re-bars, Bitumen & accessories, Pipe, MS Pipes, SDPC, DE categories. Your role will involve nurturing B2B customers, transforming the traditional B2B industry into a technology-driven sector, and contributing to the infra projects sector. You should be a techno-commercial individual with a passion for new technologies and a vision for industry transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations to achieve accelerated growth - Ensure 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders - Program manage cross-functionally to adhere to SLAs and lead marketing activities - On-board relevant Infra customers, nurture them, and convert them into consistent key accounts - Identify market potential areas and define regional strategies in line with infra guidelines - Conduct research on industry/regional trends and share insights with the marketing team - Collaborate with various teams for on-boarding, product listing, vendor management, and end-to-end fulfillment of orders - Manage stakeholders effectively for successful operations and customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - 3-8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales, Account management, and Operations in the B2B segment - Excellent communication and people management skills - High level of ownership and willingness to establish processes from scratch - Sales experience in infra industries products like HR/CR Sheets, plates, structural steel (channel, angle, beams, joist) - Enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition, and meeting sales targets - Any Graduate (B.Tech Preferred), MBA (Optional) Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, and paid sick time.
