Deputy Manager-Sales

As a subject matter expert in animal health nutrition within Piramal Nutrition Solution, your role will involve gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics in your designated region, aiming to grow market share, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets. - Conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Addressing client inquiries promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services. - Proactively pursuing new business opportunities within the region. - Attending industry events and networking functions to expand the company's presence. - Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics to evaluate progress against targets. - Preparing regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for management. Your relevant experience should include a minimum of 5 years in the poultry industry, exposure to key account business, a futuristic approach, optimistic attitude, teamwork skills, and a competitive nature with a generous personality. The competencies expected in this role include good communication skills, customer orientation, high levels of initiative and self-motivation, attention to detail, and stakeholder management with creative problem-solving abilities.
