Senior Director/ Vice President - Manufacturing ( CMO) Job Description: Vice President - Manufacturing Vertical Location: Noida Top Key Role Related Skills Standardizing and implementing common manufacturing practices across plants Plant P&L monitoring Managing 5-7, geographically distributed plants having 1000 Cr /yr turnover Reporting Manager : Managing Director Direct Reports : Plant Heads Role Objective We are looking for a seasoned business leader who comes with functional expertise in manufacturing operations domain and is excited to take up new challenges in a fast-paced & highly energetic work environment. The candidate will drive the overall manufacturing vertical and take up end-to-end responsibility of sub-verticals in the manufacturing domain, pan-India. She/He would be responsible for overall manufacturing vertical P&L, operations, supply chain, process and compliance, human capital, and industrial relations. Role Responsibilities End-to-end responsibility of the manufacturing vertical P&L that would comprise of manufacturing plants located across different locations in India. Define and standardise processes around planning, procurement, production, plant operations, QC, Compliances, HR & IR. Enable the respective plant leaders in resolving operational bottlenecks, IR issues, and other specific plant- related deliverables. Help/Enable in liaisoning with Govt bodies, local administration. Build a strong governance mechanism for problem solving at plant levels. Work with the central leadership team to align plant-level strategies with overall business goals. Closely monitor and drive all operational and financial KPIs. Key Stakeholders With Purpose Internal Plant Leaders, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Compliance Teams To ensure seamless coordination and alignment across plant operations External Vendors Regulatory Authorities For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors & customers Qualification & Experience Work Experience: 25+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing plant operations & supply chain. Should be open for extensive travelling across plants Essential Knowledge/ Skills Strong understanding of monitoring multiple plant operations, P&L, compliance, and IR processes Strong process and operational expertise Education B.
