Job Description

Role : DM/AM- Project Sales Department : Waterproofing/Paint Location : Navi Mumbai Desired Qualification : Any Graduate + MBA (preferred) Desired Experience: 2 - 8 Years JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Conduct business activity under Channel/Retail and Project Sales (Company owned depots to dealers to end users). 2. Creating awareness of waterproofing products based on innovative andpatented technology. 3. Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states. 4. Maintaining dealer wise ledger for sales/collection/Token/C Form reconciliation. 5. Conducting applicator, Painter / Dealer Training Program, formal & smallgroup with set guidelines. 6. Collecting leads from retailers and visit to expected sites for Job Description demonstration and business generation. 7. Merchandising activity like POS, Demo Kit, Display, etc. 8. Preparing of Dealer & Painter, applicator / Mason Data Bank with ABC /XYZ classification and update to HO / Supervisor with desired frequency. 9. Generating business enquiry and training of customers like small builders, hostels, hospitals and other small institutions. 10. Visit to Architects & Interiors decorators and developers for increasingawareness of waterproofing products and paints and ancillary products. 11. On time reporting as per the company norms. To submit mobile baseddaily reporting and other weekly / monthly reports. Desired Candidate Profile Candidates having prior experience in sales of Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing Products, Paint Products will be preferred. • Bring in more innovative ideas to achieve sales targets & creating awareness through Sales Promotional Activities. • Willingness to travel within the region is a must. Desired Skills & Competencies Good communication and analytical skills. • Good MS Office skills. Other Details: Working Days 6 days (2nd & 4th Saturday off) • Working hours 9 hours • Incentives
