Position Overview:

The Deputy Manager – PMC will be responsible for comprehensive planning, monitoring, and coordination of PEB and civil projects, ensuring timely execution within budget and quality standards. The role demands strong project management, inter-departmental coordination, and client communication skills to drive project success.

Job Description:

1. Project Planning & Control

Plan, schedule, and monitor civil and PEB project activities.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project timelines.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors for design and execution.

Ensure completion within the approved budget and time frame.

2. PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Structures

Review PEB design, fabrication drawings, and erection methodology.

Coordinate with stakeholders for manufacturing, dispatch, and on-site erection.

Ensure compliance with design load, structural stability, and installation accuracy.

3. Site Coordination & Supervision

Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety norms.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Maintain all project-related documentation and drawings.

Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies

Expertise in project scheduling, cost control, and site management.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and fabrication & structural drawings.

Strong understanding of PEB project lifecycle and coordination.

Excellent team management, analytical, and communication skills.

Client-handling and multi-project management capabilities.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
