Role Overview
The Deputy Manager – Media & Communications will lead the development and execution of digital marketing and brand communication strategies for the Online PGDM program. This role focuses on lead generation, campaign management, social media, influencer partnerships, and digital branding to drive admissions and strengthen brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Develop and execute targeted digital strategies to generate high-quality leads for the Online PGDM program. Optimize lead funnels and landing pages to maximize conversions.
Plan, implement, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and continuously optimize for better outcomes.
Oversee content strategy for websites, landing pages, and blogs to improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure SEO-driven, engaging content.
Manage and grow official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Create engaging content calendars and drive organic engagement. Conduct competitor analysis and trend monitoring.
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators to promote the Online PGDM program. Build and maintain relationships with education-based communities and digital partners. Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns.
Align digital strategies with enrollment goals. Work closely with the sales and admissions teams for feedback and lead quality improvement.
Enhance brand visibility through PR initiatives, collaborations, and media engagement. Explore innovative digital channels and partnerships to amplify brand reach.
Prepare monthly performance reports covering leads, campaigns, and engagement metrics. Present insights, performance dashboards, and recommendations to leadership.
Support annual strategy planning and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently.
Manage reviews and online reputation across platforms. Oversee social media responses and sentiment management.
Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer management, or media communications, preferably in education or service sectors.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems, and influencer marketing platforms.
• Strong creative and analytical mindset.
