Job Description

As a Sales professional at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Developing process improvements to optimize partner management activities. - Qualifying leads and turning them into prospects. - Making presentations and conducting sales calls to facilitate closure of sale. - Helping clients to make the right decisions through comparative competition analysis. - Working in close coordination with the CRM, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Legal, and Projects Departments respectively to achieve the desired deliverables. - Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new depth channel partners. - Generating revenue through various means of real estate sales operations; coordinating with internal teams, corporate, and channel partners for lead generation. - Delivering customer presentations and attending sales meetings and partner conferences. - Conceptualizing and executing training and relationship building events. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree. Please note that this job is a Full-Time position located in Marigold Gurgaon with 5 working days per week. The expected CTC for this role is 7-12 LPA.,
