Job Description

The position requires 6-8 years of experience and an MBA/PG in HR/MSW qualification. You will be based in KINGSTON HEATH/PICTURESQUE REPRIEVES and report to the Project Head and GM HR & Admin. Your role will involve handling site HR & Administration responsibilities within the Construction/Infrastructure sector. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining records, registers, and returns as per relevant Acts, preparing wages and salary for contractual employees, and managing employee records such as attendance and leave data in alignment with the company policy. Additionally, you will oversee general administration tasks like employee welfare at the construction site, vehicle movement, shift management, and site accommodation. The ideal candidate for this role should possess relevant experience in site HR & Administration within the Construction/Infrastructure industry. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage various administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment.,
