Job Description

As a Cluster Head Sales, your role involves working with management and partners to develop cluster-wise strategies, setting desired sales targets, and identifying new markets and business opportunities. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinating with Sales Operations, CRM, Finance, Marketing, and Construction teams for updates - Increasing profitability by developing strategies to improve the Direct vs Channel sales ratio - Providing grooming and training to Sales Team members on direct sales skills and tactics - Identifying new channel partners (CP) and reinforcing old partners to drive sales - Holding regular planning and review meetings - Cross-training sales team members for succession planning - Ensuring team training for all cluster & CP to enhance their product & sales knowledge and keep them updated - Planning cluster-wise customer service orientation programs periodically Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelors degree - 10-15 years of experience in sales The job location for this position is Mohali, Punjab with a CTC of 10-15 LPA.,
