What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in financial services, preferably in commercial vehicle loans (new/used)
Experience in team handling, target achievement & field operations
Strong network with local dealers, DSAs, and financiers in the region
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel locally as needed
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Field Officers / Sales Executives across assigned clusters
Drive loan disbursement targets for used commercial vehicles
Build & maintain strong relations with channel partners, dealers, DSAs, and NBFC/Banks
Monitor team performance through daily/weekly review calls
Ensure compliance, documentation, and smooth end-to-end customer experience
