Job Description

As a Cluster Head Sales, your role involves working with management and partners to develop cluster-wise strategies. Your key responsibilities include: - Setting cluster-wise sales targets and identifying new markets and business opportunities. - Coordinating with Sales Operations, CRM, Finance, Marketing, and Construction departments for updates. - Developing strategies to increase Direct vs Channel sales ratio to enhance profitability. - Providing grooming and training to Sales Team members on direct sales skills and tactics. - Identifying and engaging new channel partners (CP) while reinforcing existing partnerships to drive sales. - Holding regular planning and review meetings to assess progress and make necessary adjustments. - Identifying key roles and cross-training sales team members for succession planning. - Ensuring team training for all cluster and channel partners to enhance their product and sales knowledge continually. - Planning cluster-wise customer service orientation programs periodically. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 10-15 years of experience in sales The company is located in Mohali, Punjab, and offers a competitive CTC of 10-15 LPA.,
