Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Patna. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, managing team performance, and ensuring efficient execution of transportation and delivery processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing progress reports. The Deputy Manager will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations, transportation management, and supply chain management
• Team leadership and performance management skills
• Proficiency in using logistics technology platforms and digital tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Patna
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
