Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Raurkela. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company's recruitment needs. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Understanding of the logistics industry is a plus
