  • Program Management: End-to-end ownership of leadership development and capability-building programs, including stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and impact measurement.
  • Public Speaking & Facilitation: Confidently anchor sessions, moderate panels, and represent L&D in leadership forums.
  • Content Design & Development: Create and adapt high-quality learning content, decks, toolkits, and program communication in line with business needs in collaboration with learning partners.
  • LMS & Digital Learning: Manage and promote LMS usage, track engagement, and generate insights and device measures to improve adoption.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Prepare impact reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify skill gaps and craft targeted learning interventions.
