Deputy Manager - Learning & Development

As a Deputy Manager in Learning & Development within the BFSI industry, aged between 28-35 years and possessing 3-6 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of workforce capabilities in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. Your role will involve understanding the organizational plans related to Learning & Development and how they intersect with the needs of the employees. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the local learning preferences and requirements, positioning yourself as an expert in the Financial services and Insurance domains among the audience. Moreover, you should possess excellent facilitation skills to ensure effective participant learning in a facilitation-based environment. It is crucial to stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the Life Insurance and Financial services sectors. Seeking certification in learning and development and self-certifying on all L&D programs are strongly encouraged. Your duties will include conducting all L&D programs as per the established calendar.
