Role Overview: You will be a Deputy Manager - Learning & Development with 3-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, aged between 28-35 years, holding a graduation degree. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of workforce capabilities in alignment with the organizational strategic needs. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire knowledge of the Learning & Development organizational plans and how they align with the job areas of the audience. - Understand and cater to the local learning preferences and requirements of the audience, positioning yourself as an expert in Financial services and Insurance. - Develop and demonstrate exceptional facilitation skills to ensure effective participant learning in a facilitation environment. - Keep yourself updated on the latest trends and advancements in the Life Insurance and Financial services sector. - Strive to obtain certifications in learning and development, ensuring self-certification on all L & D programs. - Conduct all Learning & Development programs as per the calendar schedule. Qualification Required: - Essential Qualification: Graduation - Preferred Skills: - Strategic thinking and planning. - Program management. - Stakeholder management. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Communication and interpersonal skills. - Budgeting and financial management. - Compliance and regulatory knowledge. - Industry knowledge in BFSI. - Learning and development expertise. - Collaboration and teamwork.
