Job Title: Deputy Manager – Cloud & IAM (Onsite)

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Full-time | General Shift | 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Working)


Job Summary

Deputy Manager – Cloud & IAM


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cloud operations across AWS and GCP environments.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cloud integration and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot complex cloud and IAM-related issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum Experience:

    7+ years in Cloud and IAM domain.

  • Primary Skill:

    Cloud (AWS / GCP).

  • Secondary Skill:

    Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP services, including IAM configurations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and automation tools.
  • Experience in designing and managing IAM roles, policies, and access controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


Nice to Have

  • Certification in AWS, GCP, or relevant cloud technologies.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
  • Exposure to hybrid cloud environments.
