Deputy Manager - Infratructure

Purpose/Objective

The Infrastructure Manager at Adani Realty in Mumbai will play a critical role in overseeing the construction and development of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in the Construction industry, specifically within the Adani Realty sector. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating various infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects within Adani Realty in Mumbai - Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government entities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery - Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project requirements - Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction and infrastructure development - Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to senior management - Provide regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders, including senior leadership - Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery

Qualifications and Experience
