Deputy Manager - Infratructure

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects within Adani Realty in Mumbai
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government entities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project requirements
• Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction and infrastructure development
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to senior management
• Provide regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Master&aposs degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
• 6-8 years of experience in the Construction industry
