Designation: Deputy Manager Experience required: 10-15 Years No. of Position: 01 ✅ What We’re Looking For: 👉 Oversee all aspects of store operations including opening and closing procedures. 👉 Supervise all store activities including opening/closing procedures. 👉 Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels. 👉 Monitor stock levels and manage. 👉 Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. 👉 Optimize inventory turnover and reduce shrinkage. 👉 Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. 👉 Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed. 👉 Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure coverage and productivity. 👉 Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 👉Maintain record of minimum and maximum. Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SAP for inventory and operations management. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques and stock optimization.
