Job Purpose: As an HR Operations Specialist, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering an engaging workplace culture. His/her expertise will support onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, grievance handling, employee engagement, and database management. Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for new hires, creating a seamless transition. Conduct engaging induction and orientation programs to integrate employees into the organization. Oversee HR documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy in employee records. Manage attendance and leave records with precision to support operational efficiency for 1500+ employees. Act as a point of contact for grievance handling, promoting a healthy and transparent work environment. Prepare HR reports and MIS to assist leadership in data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline HR initiatives and improve processes. Develop and execute innovative employee engagement programs that enhance workplace morale. Manage offboarding and exit formalities with professionalism and care. Maintain and update employee databases for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
