Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Kottayam, Kerala. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring optimal team performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to optimize production processes. The role includes monitoring workflow efficiency, supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and aligning operational goals with broader company objectives. Additional responsibilities may involve collaborating with leadership to achieve organizational success.

Qualifications

• MBA With Graduation
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Experience with production management, operational optimization, and supply chain coordination
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of rubber manufacturing processes or a similar production field is advantageous
• Proficiency in data analytics, report generation, and performance tracking
• Ability to adhere to safety and environmentally friendly production standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior relevant work experience in manufacturing, production, or operations is highly desirable
