Job Description

Deputy Manager – Audit & Compliance (1–2 Positions)

Location - Karve Nagar, Pune

qualified and driven Deputy Manager – Audit & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Independently plan, execute, and complete
statutory, internal, and tax audits
Ensure compliance with applicable laws including
Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST
Review and finalize audit working papers, reports, and financial statements
Lead, mentor, and supervise audit teams and articled assistants
Manage client coordination and provide audit-related guidance
Identify audit risks and recommend practical improvements
Ensure timely delivery of assignments with high quality standards

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
Strong aspiration to build a career in a
CA firm, specifically in audit
Proven ability to
handle audits independently
Experience in
team handling and effective collaboration
Strong technical knowledge of audit and statutory compliances
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
