Job Description Corporate Finance & Taxation Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (preferably) with 3–4 years of experience or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-8 years of experience to manage and support the company’s corporate finance, financial planning, compliance, and strategic finance functions. Financial Management: Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor financial performance against budget and provide insights to senior management. Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations, including but not limited to GST, PF, ESI, and TDS. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance. Group Accounts Management: Ensure coordination and consolidation of financial data from different business units within the organization, and deliver presentations to the top management as needed. Prepare and analyze group financial statements to provide a comprehensive overview of the company's financial position to stakeholders. Day-to-Day Operations: Supervise and guide the finance team in executing daily accounting tasks. Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with other departments to support strategic financial planning and decision-making. Conduct financial analysis and present insights to aid in business planning and resource allocation. Audits and Internal Controls: Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely submission of required documentation. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Eligibility & Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) (preferably) with 3–4 years of experience or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience Preference: Experience in corporate or consulting environments Prior exposure to audits, banking, and statutory compliance
