Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai/Pune/Delhi for a Deputy Manager – eLearning Development & Creative Media. The role involves managing and advancing eLearning initiatives by designing and developing digital learning solutions.

1. Develop

   storyboards

   and visual narratives for eLearning modules.
2. Build interactive training using

   Articulate Storyline / Rise 360

   .
3. Create animated learning videos using

   Vyond (GoAnimate)

   .
4. Use AI generative tools to produce

   product teasers, marketing videos, and explainer content

   .
5. Collaborate with Instructional Designers to convert scripts/storyflows into high-quality outputs.
6. Manage end-to-end production timelines and quality checkpoints.
7. Ensure strong visual branding and consistency across learning and marketing assets.

Qualifications

• Strong command of

  storyboarding

  for eLearning and corporate training.
• Proficiency in

  Articulate Storyline & Rise 360

  .
• Advanced skills in

  Vyond

  (characters, scenes, transitions, lip-sync, effects).
• Hands-on experience with

  AI video generation tools

• Good understanding of

  LMS standards

  , SCORM/xAPI basics.
• Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects – added advantage).
• Strong sense of design, visual storytelling, and pacing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead small creative teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
