Key Responsibilities

  • coordinate and prepare the Global Sales meeting, BD target setting, BD KPIs and ensure the governance of all related BD data.
  • responsible to run the BD KPI systems ensuring that all the information is properly updated and there is a structured publication of the weekly sales dashboard.
  • will deal with each BD Area Director in order to acquire the necessary information and understanding of the business forecast.
  • will also analyze the performance of each area, identifying potential actions to increase the business performance.
  • Working with cross functional teams, supporting and developing teams, sharing expert knowledge on the operating territory.
  • Lead key BD processes such as new business demand generation including NDA/ MSA processing, RFP generation, coordination of technical discussions, pricing finalization, deal negotiation and closure of business.
  • Actively engaging Existing Customers for Cross-selling/ Up-selling Jubilant’ s discovery services.

Person Profile

Qualification: -

  • Post Graduate in Life Sciences/MBA with Biotech/Pharma from a reputed college/University.

Experience: -

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • International Business Development experience in CRO/CDMO or Pharma industry.
  • E-mail and/ or interactive marketing experience.
  • Proposal management experience will be an added advantage.
