Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager, located in Jamui. As a Deputy Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of business strategies within assigned territories. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, achieving business targets, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, you will provide guidance and training to team members, representing Bajaj Finserv’s commitment to delivering high-quality financial services.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial data, as well as strategic planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing customer relationships
• Ability to develop and implement sales and business development strategies
• Educational background in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in financial services, operations management, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred
