Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Deputy Manager at BA Prerna Renewables Private Limited. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating project activities, managing teams, and ensuring project deliverables are met on schedule. Tasks will include assisting in project planning, collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the company’s growth in renewable energy projects. The position requires strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills to maintain efficiency and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in renewable energy project management, including planning and lifecycle management.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of multi-gigawatt scale project execution.
• Team management and leadership abilities, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards in the renewable energy sector.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in overseeing large-scale renewable energy projects will be beneficial.
